The experience is wheelchair accessible. Edam is close to Amsterdam, so the experience is perfect to combine with a visit to the capital.

Jacobs Hoeve

Katwoude is located on the IJsselmeerdijk between Monnickendam and Volendam. The rural setting with farms in the surrounding area is a quintessential example of the North Holland polder, where the famous Dutch cheeses originate from. De Haal

We welcome visitors to take a look in De Haal, previously a hay-barn, in which we tell the story of Henri Willig and his passion for animals and quality cheeses. From the self-guided tour in De Haal you'll enter our shop. Here you can taste our delicious cheeses. Also look at our website.

De Kaaswaag
